Terms & Conditions

Coffee Shops (the “Service”) — Dentappl Inc. (“Dentappl”, “we”, “us”).
Effective date: February 24, 2026

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) The Service

The Service helps users discover coffee shops, view details on a map, save favorites, and submit ratings/reviews. Coffee shop owners may be able to claim and manage listings and purchase premium features.

We do not guarantee that listings, hours, menus, pricing, availability, or other information is accurate or up to date. Always confirm with the venue directly.

4) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Submissions)

4.1 Your responsibility

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, ratings, photos, and coffee shop information (“User Content”). You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

4.2 License to Dentappl

You grant Dentappl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/compatibility), distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use your User Content to operate, market, and improve the Service.

4.3 Moderation

We may remove or restrict User Content at our discretion (e.g., spam, hate, illegal content, infringement, privacy violations), but we are not obligated to monitor all content.

4.4 Copyright notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at info@dentappl.com with: (a) identification of the work, (b) where it appears in the app, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

5) Coffee Shop Owners / Business Features

5.1 Claiming and managing listings

If you claim or manage a coffee shop listing, you represent you are authorized to act for that business. We may require verification and may deny or revoke owner access at any time to prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

5.2 Business content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information you publish (hours, menus, images, offers, pricing, links). Promotional claims must be truthful and comply with applicable laws.

5.3 No agency relationship

Dentappl is not your agent and does not endorse any business. We provide a platform for discovery and listing management.

6) Payments & Subscriptions (Stripe)

6.1 Billing and processor

Premium features may be offered via subscription and/or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms as applicable. Dentappl does not store your full card number; Stripe handles sensitive payment details.

6.2 Auto-renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it typically auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. The renewal will be charged using the payment method on file with Stripe.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the cancellation method provided in the app (for example, a “Manage Billing” link to Stripe’s customer portal), or by contacting us at info@dentappl.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6.4 Refunds

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@dentappl.com.

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived. See the EEA/UK section below.

6.5 Taxes

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and local requirements. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless required otherwise by law.

The Service, including software, design, logos, and content (excluding User Content) is owned by Dentappl or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service consistent with these Terms.

9) Third-Party Services (Apple/Google/Stripe)

The Service integrates with third parties:

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or policies. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTAPPL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that listings/reviews are accurate or reliable.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTAPPL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTAPPL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DENTAPPL FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentappl from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in unlawful behavior. Certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

You agree that any dispute will be brought in the courts located in California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

15) EEA/UK Consumer Note

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
